[edit: about missing chapters 23 and 28 of dics no.1]

Chapter 23 is 4 seconds long and shows the exact same picture as in the beginning of chapter 24 (a.k.a. the start of the Ankkarock Festival gig). I considered it simply futile, because you see the same thing in the beginning of the next chapter (and I got no idea what the company was thinking for doing that), so I didn't bother to upload. And the same with chapter 28, and the following chapter.
